The rapidly growing company presently has 45 employees and a revenue of over MEUR 3. A subsidiary in Sweden was recently registered, Balanco Accounting AB. According to the Swedish CEO, Mr Antti Voittonen, the acquisition of a local accounting bureau is part of the plan for the establishment.
When asking for the background of the companys success, Mr Antti Voittonen answers: ”The fundamentals in Balancos offer is personal service and a genuine understanding of the clients business. Every client has direct contact with an assigned person internally, their personal economy advisor. We have the ambition to be the natural assisting partner in economical matters as well as other services supporting the clients core business function. We provide more than traditional economy services. Effective processes and modern technics enables fast high quality service to the Swedish companies. Our opinion is that customer orientation as a general can improve in our business segment. The demands from a more rapid pace in the business life is met by a wider and deeper cooperation between our clients and the bureau. AI and other supporting tools will continuously develop our branch. By being a total solution provider Balanco has the ambition to contribute to the development of the industry.”
”The Swedish market is at least 1,5 times the Finnish. Competition is increasing in the accounting industry. Companies that deliberately transfer to digital and automated accounting constitutes presently the growth potential. In a couple of years we estimate that the growth potential will be moved to client acquisition from still non-digital bureaus”, continues Antti.
Antti Voittonen, previously COO på Balanco OY, focuses 100% on the Swedish establishment: ”We believe in the importance of implementing the Balanco culture in Sweden from start. In order to be present during the start-up my plan is to move with my family to Sweden this Autumn. This will be an interim solution. Recruitment of local manager will commence coming Autumn.
